Daily rate include all pre-hunt
preparations and baiting, but does not include the utilization
of other techniques like example; dogs.
The importing country must first issue an
import permit before the exporting country will issue
an export permit.
Wounded
game which is not recovered is considered as hunted and
is subject to payment of the listed
trophy fee. The possibility to hunt another specimen is dependent
upon approval by the Professional Hunter and the
client agreeing to the payment of a second trophy fee. |

| Daily rates include: |
- The services of a licensed professional hunter
- All airport and camp transfers.
- Tracker, skinner and camp staff.
- Full accommodation and catering
- Daily laundry services.
- Skinning and field preparation of trophies.
- Hunting vehicle and equipment.
- Delivery of trophies to a shipping agent/ local taxidermist.
- Value added tax. (15% on daily rates only)

| Terms And Conditions |
| Safari Confirmation: |
- A deposit, 50% of daily rate, will be payable to confirm
any booking. Payment must be made either in cash, traveler's
check or electronic transfer. PERSONAL
CHEQUE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- No refunds on deposits will be made in case of cancellation
of the safari.
- We reserve the right to change any terms, conditions and
prices without notice. Rates at the time of the hunt will
apply.

| Liability: |
- We have taken the necessary precautions to ensure the
safety and good health of clients, no liability will be
accepted for injury, illness and/or losses incurred during
or after the safari.

| Fire-Arm Equipment |
- A minimum caliber in the range of 300WinMag is required.
- Calibers smaller than this minimum can be used on certain
species, but will not be allowed on larger species such
as Kudu, Eland, etc.
- Clients are responsible for the supply of their own ammunition.
- It is recommended that a soft rifle bag, in addition to
the rifle case, be brought along for transport between hunting.
